No — and be careful of anyone who does. Visa decisions are made by embassies, not by agencies. What we guarantee is that your application is complete, accurate and submitted under the right category, which is what most refusals come down to. If we do not believe you have a realistic chance, we will tell you before you pay anything.
How much does it cost?
There are two separate amounts. The registration fee starts your application with us and is shown on each programme page. The programme cost (tuition, placement, or the tour package) is paid separately and varies by destination. Embassy and visa fees are paid directly to the embassy, never to us.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the route. Study placements usually run three to nine months, depending on the intake you are aiming for. Work placements depend on the employer and the sponsorship queue. Tours can be arranged in a few weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline for your specific case at the first consultation.
What documents will I need?
At minimum: a valid passport with at least six months remaining, your academic certificates, and proof of funds. Work placements usually add a CV, references and a police clearance certificate. We send you a checklist for your exact programme once you apply, so you are never guessing.
Can I apply if I have been refused a visa before?
Yes. A previous refusal does not permanently disqualify you, but it must be declared and addressed properly — hiding it is the fastest way to be refused again. Bring the refusal letter to your consultation. We will look at the stated reason and tell you honestly whether it can be overcome.
